What is Elevate?

Elevate Heron Bay is a project that will enhance the community for all residents. This includes clubhouse renovations, additional amenities as well as maintenance items.

What new amenities are we getting?

Waterpark, additional tennis and 6 pickleball courts

How long will Elevate last?

The project started in 2023 and will last until 2025

What about the cafe?

The cafe is currently being built. It will be in the Plaza Del Lago clubhouse.

Are the clubhouses open?

Currently, The Commons clubhouse is closed. When it reopens, Plaza Del Lago will close.

Anything new at the pools?

The Plaza Del lago pool deck will have additional restroom facilities and be able to stay open later due to upgraded lighting.
