UPDATES
Here's a quick update on Elevate’s projects. We've made significant progress and are excited to share where things stand. Here’s a snapshot of a few of our key initiatives:
Completed Work
We are pleased to report that all roofing work has been successfully completed. Furthermore, paving work at the North entrance and Heron Run is now fully finished, and all guardhouses, Resident Services, The Commons and Plaza del Lago have undergone painting to enhance their aesthetic appeal. The Commons Clubhouse renovation is now completed. The two new clay courts and the new hard court are now open for resident use. The new courts are available for booking on the HBCA website.
Plaza del Lago
Renovation will be phased. Phase 1 started on May 5th, 2025 with the West End of the building. Phase 2 will begin on July 14th, 2025 until December 2025
Please be advised that the entire Plaza Del Lago clubhouse facility will be closed starting
July 14th for a period of three (3) weeks.

What does this mean?
All amenities within and around the clubhouse will be temporarily unavailable during this time, including:
Gym and locker rooms
Pool deck, pool, and spa
Waterpark
Outdoor amenities such as basketball and volleyball courts

This closure is necessary to allow our team to safely transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2 of the renovation project and to complete important upgrades to the pool deck.

The Commons Clubhouse will be open with normal operation hours during this time. We understand that the gym is smaller in comparison to PDL, we have negotiated with nearby facilities to offer promotional offerings to our residents for Crunch Fitness and Planet Fitness.

We plan to reopen the pool and outdoor amenities and the ballroom space during the week of August 4th. The East side of the building (gyms, locker rooms) will remain closed until December

Tennis and Pickleball
We’re excited to announce that the Tennis Center has recently undergone a major renovation focused on improving both the drainage and landscape systems. These enhancements were essential to ensuring the long-term playability and appearance of the facility.
As part of this renovation, the new clay court and hard court are now officially open and ready for play! We encourage residents to reserve court times and enjoy the upgraded experience.
On May 29th, 2025 we opened the brand new pickleball courts. We now have 6 new courts available for resident use.
Water Park
The Waterpark is now completed and opened in May 2025. We are open on the weekends and select weekdays for the summer. Please contact the main office for details.
